We want you to love your exclusive Mattel Creations fashion and collectibles, but if you are not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel remains unworn with original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
